Comparison: Mini Notebook Computer and Ordinary Laptop
Here are some comparisons made between a mini notebook computer and a typical laptop.
Mini notebook computer is small form of computer which is also known as small laptop. Having this kind of computer is of small size like that of the notebook so it is known as small notebook computers.
Laptops are designed for mobile use so that one can use it anywhere, at any time at any place. They are similar to desktops, except for the size. Laptops are more advantageous than personal computer, which requires more space and it is not portable too, where as the laptops or notebook computers can used anywhere and it is as small that it can used and accessed by keep it on ones lap.

Mini notebook computers are usually ranging from 18 mm to 40 mm in thickness and dimensions ranging from 10 x 8 inch to 15 x 11 inch and weighs about 1.5 to 5.5 kilo grams. They have the features similar to that of a normal computer would possess. They have a display, keypad, a pointing device which is also known as touch pad or trace pad and speakers.
Laptops are charged with the help of rechargeable batteries which are charged from AC adapters. The batteries stores energy to use the laptop for hours together without power supply. Laptops come with different configurations which decide the speed, computability of the device. Now a day’s laptops contain in built facilities like graphics card, Wi – fi access card etc; to facilitate the modern world. Notebook computers also contain inbuilt speakers, so as to watch films and hear music. There is no need for separate speakers as in the case of Personal computers. Laptops contain USB ports so that one can use Pen drives, USB modem with internet connection (Mobile Internet Device. As of now there is more demand for notebook computers than PC’s because of the advantages it possessed.
